Dr. Milnar and his wife, Lois, have two boys, Cameron and Blake. Along with spending time with his family, Dr. Milnar enjoys traveling, teaching and fitness training.

Dr. Milnar presents lectures and hands-on teaching courses to his peers in the dental profession. He is also a consultant for numerous dental corporations. His peers, and dental manufacturers recognize him as a national opinion leader.
